WE ARE ONE

We are one, and yet…
How is it we do not know it?
Where is the unity?
Where is compassion?
Where is understanding, acceptance and love?
And most importantly of all, what are we without them?

We reject each other
We reject ourselves
We reject our body parts, our thoughts, our emotions
We reject who we are, but where does that get us?

We are so much more than our limitations
We are light
We are bliss
We are love and unity

Let’s let go of our destructive patterns
Let’s leave behind separation and judgement
For we are one,
And we are strong,
And we are powerful,
United
