TRANSFORMATION
This issue of our journal is Transformation so that we may reflect upon the time of transition that we are experiencing both as an association, as nations, and as the people of the world.
Old, familiar, comfortable ways of doing things are now appearing to be disintegrating. At times we desperately cling to the old, as if our lives depended upon it. Yet again, there are fewer and fewer old ways to hang on to as those parts of the previous, worn out order of the life that is crumbles within our hands. Witnessing this disintegration can be frightening. Yet rising up from the ashes are new possibilities, new ways of being, which are more splendid than what we could have ever imagined. Being present during this process takes courage. One of the changes is that we have changed our format from a “Journal” to a blog. We hope that this new format of the RPA Journal will give us a forum to reflect on and offer steps that lead to the manifestation of that bright future which is surely ours.
Please contribute your words to our process by placing your comments at the end of articles.
Wishing you a glorious 2011!
