HEALTH!

Standing for a Tree Pose

This issue of the Resonance Repatterning Journal is on Health.  Health includes integrity of the body and mind.  Health includes emotional health, mental health, spiritual health and of course  physical health.  Health requires persistence.  It is not about taking a pill and you will be all better.  Like a tree, good health is rooted in a connection to the earth.  And like a tree, good health reaches up to receive the light of inspiration.

We hope you receive the inspiration of our articles and will share them with your friends and colleagues.  To participate in a conversation or leave comments, click on the title of any post to land on its full page and scroll down to the bottom of the article.  There you will find the social media sharing buttons (Facebook, Twitter etc) and the comments box.   To have your comments linked to your profile either join wordpress.com or use your Facebook/Twitter accounts.

  1. Great edition of the Journal. I’m looking forward to reading each of the articles. The interview with Beth Polito was lovely. I’m really enjoying the new format.
